What is the Wild Divine Affiliate Program?
The Wild Divine Affiliate Program will pay you every time you refer a sale of The Journey to Wild Divine. Joining the Affiliate Program is not only a way to make money, but a way to share an invaluable tool for mind-body wellness with your visitors, customers, colleagues, friends, family and whoever else you happen to connect with.

How do I get started with the affiliate program?
It's a simple three-step process: read and agree to the terms of our agreement, sign up for the affiliate program and then you will receive an email from us with instructions to get links and start earning money.

Can I participate if I live outside the U.S.?
Yes, any site is eligible to participate in The Wild Divine Affiliate Program, but our website is only available in English. Also, commission payments for affiliates will be made in U.S. dollars only.

Why do I have to provide my social security number?
We need this information for tax filing purposes. If you are an individual (as opposed to a business/corporation), we need your Social Security number, because if your calendar-year commissions exceed $600, Wild Divine must issue you a Form 1099MISC at the end of the calendar year that must be filed with Form 1040.

Does my Web site qualify for the Wild Divine Affiliate Program?
Anyone can apply for the program. However, Wild Divine reserves the right to refuse any site, especially if it contains unsuitable material. Web sites that would violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourage illegal activity or racism; or feature hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or materials, products, or services related to pornography will be deemed unacceptable for the Wild Divine Affiliate Program.

I don't have a Web site. Can I still apply to be an affiliate and refer sales to clients or people I know?
Yes, be sure to read below about our Person-to-Person program designed for people to refer sales of The Journey to Wild Divine in person.

Commission Fees and Payment

How does Wild Divine track members coming from my Web site?
Wild Divine uses MyAffiliateProgram software from Kowabunga Marketing, Inc. to track members you refer to our website.

How can I keep track of how many people visit and buy at Wild Divine?
Simply log in to your account to access a variety of online reports, where you can track not only your click-throughs and commissions but also other activity to help increase sales.

How much will I earn for each sale I refer to Wild Divine?
You will receive 15% of every sale that you refer. We will also pay you 5% of all sales referred by affiliates who sign up underneath you as second tier affiliates (more details on second tier affiliates below).

When and how do I get paid?
You will be paid monthly by check. Commission checks are issued within 35 days of the end of each month.

What is the Wild Divine cookie and how long does it last?
The Wild Divine cookie, a small file stored on the computer of somebody that clicks your affiliate link, last for 90 days. That means that if somebody clicks on your link and doesn't buy right away, they will have a cookie with your referral ID on their computer, so if they buy within the next three months, you will get credit.

Setting Up My Affiliate Links

Where will I find Wild Divine banners, buttons, and text links?
Log in to your account and choose the tab "Get Links" for easy access to the variety of linking options.

May I link to Wild Divine from more than one Web site?
Yes. You are welcome to link to Wild Divine from multiple Web sites, as long as none of the sites violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourages illegal activity or racism; or features hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or materials, products, or services related to pornography.

How can I track sales from different web sites or different places on my website?
In order to break out the tracking for multiple Web sites, you can append your affiliate URL with sub-ids, which are any word, number or combination of up to 10 characters. Here are examples of urs with and without sub-ids:

      Example Affiliate URL without sub-id:
      http://www.myaffiliateprogram.com/u/wdivine/t.asp?id=1003

      Example Affiliate URL with sub-id:
      http://www.myaffiliateprogram.com/u/wdivine/t.aspid=1003&sub=spiritlounge

When visitors click on the Affiliate URL with a sub-id as in the example above, we would track the Affiliate ID and the sub-ID of "spiritlounge" and this would show up in the Current Sub ID Report found under the "View Reports" tab in your account. 

Making money with my Wild Divine Affiliate Account

How can I promote Wild Divine?
Wild Divine will provide banners, buttons, and text links that you can use on your site. We have found that a combination of text links, product images and a product description is the most effective marketing tool for generating Wild Divine sales. Text links and product images are found in your affiliate account, and you can pull the game description directly off the Wild Divine website. In addition to your Web site, you may promote Wild Divine through an opt-in emailing list. You can also promote Wild Divine, by word-of-mouth through our Person-to-Person program (see below).

How does the Person-to-Person program work?
The Person-to-Person program was created so that people in the "real world" (meaning not online) could share The Journey to Wild Divine with their clients, colleagues, friends or family and be rewarded for their efforts. This program requires that referred orders are entered using the "Affiliate ID" you are assigned when you join the program. Simply tell the customers your Affiliate ID and have them either:

1) Enter your Affiliate ID code during the checkout process on our website.

2) Tell the customer service representative your Affiliate ID when they purchase the product by telephone.

What is a second tier affiliate and how do I earn second tier commissions?
A second tier commission is a commission paid on a sale referred by an affiliate that you referred into The Wild Divine Affiliate Program. If the referred affiliate makes a sale, you earn 5% commission on it as well (they earn their standard 15%). This is not a multi-level program, there is only one tier available. There are two ways for people to become second tier affiliates:

1) Any visitor who clicks on a link from your site and lands on the Wild Divine website will be cookied as your referred user for 90 days. If they join the affiliate program in those 90 days, they will automatically be entered as your second-tier affiliate.

2) You can actively promote second tier affiliates. Log in to your account, click on the "view reports" tab. Then click on "Total Tier Affiliates," you will be given instructions on how to recruit new second tier affiliates.

How can I change my affiliate account information?
Simply log in to your account, choose the personal info tab and update your account information.

Promoting My Web Site

Can I change or personalize the images provided by Wild Divine?
No. It is not permissible to change or personalize any Wild Divine images. You can, however, borrow text from the Wild Divine website.

Can I use Wild Divine in my URL or in the name of my site?
No. The use of Wild Divine or any variation thereof in your URL or in the name of your site will be cause for your immediate dismissal from the affiliate program. In such a case when you breach the affiliate agreement, you thereby forfeit any earned commissions.

What kind of advertising can I do?
Be creative - write a newsletter for visitors to your site, write a testimonial about Wild Divine, write an article. Note that you may use any copy on www.wilddivine.com.

You need written approval from The Wild Divine Project to purchase advertising for our product anywhere online or offline. If you want to purchase pay-per-click ads on search engines such as Google or Yahoo, that is allowed, but you cannot use The Wild Divine url (www.wilddivine.com) in your ad or represent yourself as part of The Wild Divine Project.

What kind of advertising is prohibited?
You cannot send unsolicited email (aka spam) in any way. There will be no leniency in cases of unsolicited email, and affiliates in violation of this policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program.

Can I issue a press release or other kind of announcement regarding my affiliation with Wild Divine?
No. Wild Divine will author and issue any announcements to the media. Please contact us for more information.
