As we begin this new year, we’d like to thank all of you for your support, your appreciation and for the many personal letters you have written us. It is a wonderful thing knowing that The Journey has made such an impact on so many of your lives. Let’s look together to the upcoming year and make it one of “infinite possibilities,” as our dear friend Deepak Chopra says!
One great way to start your year is by learning how to effectively manage your breath with an article by Anna Coy: Teacher of Breath on the groundwork for productive breathing. Look to our Support Section, for an additional tip from Anna on reflection and awareness.
Our offerings for a healthful New Year also include an interview with Corwin Bell – the Chief Design Director of Journey to Wild Divine.
