Activation Key Problems

Problem
Information is being typed in wrong on website (Healing Rhythms & Wisdom Quest: Registration ID is the number in the upper right hand corner of Activation screen, not anything else). Or not all of the required fields are being filled out on our website. Please pay close attention to steps 3-5 below.

Solution

The activation code is NOT the not the serial number on the CD case
You get the activation code by going to our website and registering in which we will issue you one at http://www.wilddivine.com/product_registration.php
The activation code is case sensitive and must be entered using all CAPITAL LETTERS.
The activation code for Healing Rhythms is eight characters long and made up of letters and numbers.
The character 0 is the number zero, not the letter O as in Oscar.
If your code contains letters other than A through F it is not a Healing Rhythms activation code. Wisdom Quest's Serial number is not on the case but on the actual CD itself (Starts with W...)
If you have an Activation Code and it's not accepting it, it's possible your Apple Quicktime (Click here to Update Quicktime) software needs to be updated or a Quicktime Setting (Click Here for Quicktime Setting) has to be changed
If you still have problems after following those steps. Email us at helpdesk@wilddivine.com letting us know the following 2 things and we'll email you your Activation Code:

Title of Program (Healing Rhythms, The Passage, Wisdom Quest or Grapher)
Registration ID at the top right hand corner of the Activation Screen (Only for Wisdom Quest & Healing Rhythms)
