If the password for a non-admin Healing Rhythms account has been lost (version 1.5 and later).1. Start Healing Rhythms.
2. Log-in using the admin username and password. *
3. Click Change Preferences.
4. Select the username from the list.
5. Type the new password in the New Password Field immediately below the list of usernames.
6. Click the Reset Password button.
7. Click Finished to return to the log-in screen.
If the password for the admin user account has been lost. *
Please contact customer support for information about lost admin passwords.
*Notes – The admin user is the first account created in Healing Rhythms. If this account is deleted, the next user created will be the new admin user.
