Compatiblity Mode Installation (Windows Vista & 7)

Please install the following steps in the exact order below... These directions only apply to the first installation CD, the other disks will work as normal.

These directions don't apply to Version 11.5 of our softwares. To see what version you have look on your installation CD for "Software Version"

This article only to customers with the older versions installing in Window Vista & 7 (Software Version : Healing Rhythms 1.5, The Passage 2.0, Wisdom Quest 1.0, The Grapher 1.0.1)

Please read the following article and confirm the Required Software is Installed... (Click Here)
Insert the CD and Cancel any Installation Wizard that may start
Right Click on your CD Drive, left click on "Copy" (Click on "Start", "My Computer", D: or E:, Right click on the icon labeled WD Install Disk (Or whatever the name is)
Right Click on your desktop, left click on "Paste"
Eject the CD
Browse the contents of the installation disk and right click on any of our Installers that you copied to your Desktop - not on CD (i.e. "Install Healing Rhythms". These directions don't apply to 3ivx Decoder Installer, that should install normally)

1) Use these settings below depending on which operating system you have. Click here if you don't know which one you have. If the one listed doesn't work, try either "Vista, Windows XP Service Pack 2, or Windows 2000. If your results differ from here. Please let us know what version Windows you have and which compatibility mode worked for you.

Windows Vista 32 bit

2) Check in the box: "Run this program as an Administrator"
3) Click "OK"
4) Double click on the installer and install as normal (i.e. Install Healing Rhythms) You won't get any error this time.
