Problem- Does not apply to new Versions of our software (Software Version 11.5)
- Does apply when installing older versions of our software on Windows Vista or 7 (The Passage 2.0, Healing Rhythms 1.5, Wisdom Quest 1.0 and The Grapher 1.0.1)
Error message: The installer is unable to install in graphical mode. Try running the installer with the -console or -silent flag
Our program is compatible, but the installer isn't. But it will install if installed in Windows Compatiblity Mode.
Note
*Works for Windows Vista 32 & 64 BIT (All Programs, except Wisdom Quest in 64 Bit Vista)
*Windows 7 32 & 64 BIT (All Programs)
*A 64 Bit Version of our installer is in development which will make the installation alot easier. Please let us know if you'd like to be added to the list to be notified, when it's ready.
Solution
You have to run the installer in Windows Compatibility Mode.
