ProblemYou followed the steps in the Installation Guide, but the option to change it to Vista is greyed out (Stuck on Windows XP Service Pack 2). So you keep getting error (Graphical, -Console Error)
Solution
Follow the steps below to install it instead...
- Right Click install the program installer, for example "Install Healing Rhythms"
- left click "Troubleshoot Compatibility"
- Click on "Troubleshoot Program" (2nd)
- Check first of 4 boxes (the program worked in earlier versions), click next
- Click "Vista", click next
- Click "Start Program" button
- Click on yellow shield down (flashing) below in Windows Taskbar, click yes to allow
- The installer will start (Might take a minute or 2)
- After it's installed, just click on "Cancel" on Program Compatiblity Assistant
