Dissolving
Negative Emotions
Keeps Life Humming
By Shirley Ryan
Meditation not only heals, but it also keeps our energy strong,
balanced and flowing easily and effortlessly. I think this is
what true success is, making choices that allow ourselves to
live at our highest states of being. Energy is in everything
and choosing how we use it means that we are living intentionally
and mindfully. Constrict the flow with fear, anger and sadness
and life and flow get stuck. We concentrate on what is happening,
which only gives us more of it, without doing anything to fix
it. We stay where we are and feel like we are going nowhere.
So what do we do? Practice keeping balance everyday
and you will strengthen the flow within you and your Emotional
IQ, keeping life humming. A great starting point is to really
get in touch with your feelings, but the camp is split in this.

It still amazes
me how often spirit sends us clues about the real nature of
life. This I took to be a clue about compassion, the closest
value to love itself. To be compassionate is not to take pity;
it is to extend care to others simply because you see their
need. Most of us give because doing so increases our self-image
or because we expect something in return, although it's difficult
to be entirely honest about that.

Journey to Wild Divine Training Tip

Releasing the Magic Pixies Invigorate
Try this: Find a time of day when you tend to
lag, when your attention begins to wane or wander, and you feel
yourself slowing down. For many of us, this is mid to late afternoon.
Stop what you're doing, and if possible, go outside for a few
minutes for some fresh air and change of scenery.
