In this show, we speak with Wild Divine founder and CEO Dr. Kurt Smith about his vision for creating Healing Rhythms, an interactive 15 step guided training program that uses biofeedback to manage stress, improve mind-body health and achieve a more balanced life.
Dr. Smith gives insights on how his background as a PhD in biomedical engineering combined with his medical training inspired the creation of Healing Rhythms.
He discusses how the unique combination of very simple exercises such as deep breathing and meditation with real-time biofeedback technology can quickly achieve a balance of mind/body wellness.
