Biofeedback was introduced to me at Iowa State University counseling center by an asst. Dean of Students who felt given my past and my issues with anxiety, rage, rapid thought patterns during panic attacks and years of abuse and seeking abusive relationships, that this might benefit me and restructure my thought patterns, and teach me productive coping strategies in order to facilitate me to make better decisions in life. Wild Divine helps you discern if you are really relaxing or if you just think you are in measurable terms. My very active grandson uses it too, and although he loves the high energy exercises more he did learn to calm himself enough to accomplish many of the quiet sections too.
